That is why people like ML, Schultz, Christopher, etc. advocate slow and go with high quality good foods, herbs, spices, and the occasional "cleanse"... which could mean something different dependent upon the healer.

What is in the foot pads? Ingredient list? has anyone had the pads analyzed after use? What do they show?

I would stick with mineral foot soaks and\or mineral baths myself, the footpads and popular mineral spa wraps being a mater of convenience and pampering...
