For a normal immune system person it is dished out like this.

Taken at the same time: 3 days of 1000mg nitazoxanide
5 days of the mtronidazole 200mg

Then a few weeks off, for the liver and

1 week of itraconazole 400mg a day
and few weeks off, for the liver

and do this for 4 months
