10 ounces carrot juice
3 ounces beet roots and tops
2 ounces of a combination of broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower & kale
1 ounce wheatgrass
2-4 cloves garlic
Drink 1-3 16 oz. glasses of this juice every day. Dr. Schulze says it tastes better than it sounds. :-)
