Re: unable to sleep because of UT?

This must be detox reactions. I had problems sleeping for 14 years trying everything natural I could think of and UT solved the problem but only after 5-6 months into the therapy (one glass morning and one at night).

Sometimes I skip the therapy if I don't eat like I should, I travel  etc. and I can see the pattern returning if I go more than 2 weeks without the therapy.

Approx. 2 weeks ago I did a 6 day fast (UT & water) and after a few days into the fast started to having problems sleeping at night. I think it must have been detox reactions. After the fast I went  back to sleeping full nights. I sleep very soundly thanks to the therapy.
