Yes I am still doing it, but I think I am more getting away from the basic Warrior.
I still try to fast through the day and if I want to eat something I will have some nuts or sardines around lunchtime. Rygar had mentioned to have some protein in the middle of the day or fruit. I fit my fruit now in before I have my bowl of salad, I still try to have space between the different layers of food I eat.
Before I ate my protein at night but since I read that it is not too good to eat nuts or seeds later in the day, I like to take them at lunch. I also liked that idea better because they say to have some carbrohydrates after your last meal and I never liked the idea of combining protein and carbs. So now I kind of end the day with cooked veggies and may be a potato. Or my carbs are some sugarfree corn chips and a glass of red wine, more fun :)
I am feeling fine on it, but then I was already ok, it is just it is hard for me to keep my weight down and so far this has worked.
