Help! My new kitten can't stop drinking water- Diabeties?

I just adopted a small cat (probably 3-4 months old). However, it ALWAYS wants water! It wakes me up in the middle of the night to get more water. And it is constantly urinating. I am worried he might have diabeties. Is there a way to treat this without the expensive costs of pills or vet trips? Tweet
