Patriotism is a recognition of what it means to be an American. It can be manipulated and abused no doubt. To define it in such a limited elitist way is false. So it’s not ok to love America? Why not? Because you say so? Elitists just don’t get it.

Small town values has been equated to small mindedness. huh? Yes it must be those bitter folks clinging to their guns and religion.

Ignorance of world affairs. Why should Americans be apologists? America was built on the repudiation of stale European small mindedness. The Americans built a country from pioneers and libertarians. Now we need to apologize. Suit yourself.

Rigid stands on guns. What about the right to bear arms you weenie? and abortion- some people still believe in the sanctity of life. Deal with it.

Reform can mean throwing out swindlers and scheisters. Taking responsibility. Scary thought.
