Border line low dhea, normal to low cortisol

My thyroid blood test is ok, but I have high red cell count from liver function test as well as gilberts syndrome. I have been taking vitamin E 400iu two times a day in the hope of thinning my blood a bit. So far my energy levels have been much better as well as sleeping better and less radiating pain from abdominal cramps.

I did a saliva test which has just revealed border line low dhea, normal to low cortisol. I have dr Wilsons Adrenal Rebuilding and Super Adernal Stress Formula. Before I begin this I'm wondering whether I should take any dhea also, or whether I should just support my liver for a while before taking anything else?

Any advice welcome.

thanks
