IP Itinerary: Power Naps


Hey there sweet folks,

I forgot to tell you that it's OK to take a nap when you need one on this program. lol I know when you look at the schedule you might think "OMG, there's no WAY I can do all of this stuff!" Well, actually, you can, because I have.

You will be detoxing all kinds of crazy stuff. Your sweet, precious body is going to be working very, very hard to get rid of the poisons (it rejoices and cheerfully gets right to work when given the proper tools... be sure and tell your body thank you- for real!). Plus, your bloodstream is going to go nuts delivering fabulous nutrition, herbs, and water to the cells in your body that desperately need it. It's going to be so amazing!

Sometimes what you need to do is rest. Your body will tell you. Don't ignore these signals. If you need a nap, take one! But set your alarm for 10-30 minutes. You don't want to take a real long nap to where it messes up your entire program for the day, or messes with your sleep rhythms at night. You might even feel like taking two naps on any given day.

The schedule IS full and demanding, that's for sure. But if you sleep through your next juice or tincture time, that's OK! Drink it or take it when you wake up and jump right back in with the next agenda item. :-)
