what to add to distilled water

hi everybody , i have a vitalizer plus & a ozonator for water . i keep reading that distilled water removes minerals from the body . i drink the vitalized water & also distilled . am i just removing from my body what i just added by drinking the vitalized water when i drink the distilled ? i carry the jug of distilled to work etc so i drink alot more of that daily . and is the h. salt i read about here good to add to the distilled water or will i just be creating a salt water flush ? so confusing . so what do the people here add to distilled water , if anything ? thanks ........... tbo Tweet
