Sitali Meditation


for 3 minutes

stick tongue through an O shaped mounth
fold the tongue into a cylindrical shape

then suck breath through the tongue
and exhaled through the nose

Mudra
while in lotus or 1/2 lotus rest hand on the knees with the index finger and thumb touching - so a little circle is formed

This cools the blood and the humors
