I have had friends who go the chemo route from fear. I find it is such a tragedy. There are so many other ways to address cancer but when it gets right down to it.... I think a lot of it is that chemo or is covered by insurance and folks are just making it or have just gone on a fixed income and even a few hundred dollars for the inexpensive alternative treatments may seem an extravagant expense. The best tratment of course prevention though...

I still empathize for your loss. I had a friend die that I tried to help with but it is hard to start alternative treatment in the hospital with doctors saying that stuff is quackery and all of the attention they give you... It is almost as if they are putting you down like a lame horse... a sophisticated extermination... I miss my friend...
