curious

Hi there, I've heard about urine therapy for years and have always been curious but too chicken to try it. I have an autoimmune disorder called morphea, it is a type of scleroderma that impacts the skin and some of the underlying tissue but is not a serious disease like systemic scleroderma. would it help to rub urine topically on the affected area or would i only see (possible) improvement by ingesting urine?
