I am doing the in between herbs while I wait for my order (I got them in bulk at my health food store, $10 for at least 3 months supply). IMO I think that if I had done the cleansing just like HW says, I would have made a lot more progress, though the progress is phenominal! And it stays for months after cleansing.

I notice on his site that he has other herbs...looks like liver support herbs (though I can't find it on his site right now) included in the in-between herbs. I think those would be wonderful, if I had the $ I would order it from HW!!

So YES I think the in-between herbs are very worth it!
