Did Schulze say "no" to coffee enemas?
I've just read Schulze's comments about coffee enemas. No, he didn't say "no," but he didn't say "yes," either. He said that many people who are into
coffee enemas do them two or more times a day. They love the rush it gives them. These people are addicted to the rush. This what I mean about people being "all Californian" about coffee enemas.
coffee enemas are, indeed, effective "toxin drawer-outers." The trouble with them is that they DO contain caffeine, and that can be harmful to heart patients. He does NOT recommend
coffee enemas if the patient has a heart condition (tachycardia, palpitations, arrhythmias, etc.).
Dr. Schulze also says that coffee is an effective bowel stimulant. He says heavy coffee drinkers (like me) have no trouble being regular until they get off the coffee. That's the main reason Unyquity and I decided to use them. She and I both know what it's like to go cold turkey off a heavy caffeine addiction. It's probably the toughest drug to get off of. I am going to stop DRINKING coffee immediately, but we will be using coffee enemas for a while to help my bowel continue to function, draw out toxins, and wean off the caffeine a little slower. Then I will switch to wheatgrass juice myself. :-)
So if you do not drink coffee or black tea now, or DO have any heart problems, do NOT do coffee enemas. Do wheatgrass juice ones instead.
Hugs and smiles,
Donna
