passed hot urine, any idea why?

hi my girlfriend has been complaining of aching kidneys and a weak bladder, she said that her kidneys "where aching and burning" inside. as it was late and we where ready for bed I advised her to have a quick water enema.

She carried out a straight forward enema, just water and repeatedly after each flush she passed hot urine =. this has concerned her and she has come to me for answers, unfortunalty i don't have them. i thought that the hot urine could be connected to the hot kidneys, but this is an intuitatve leap and not a scientific one.

any help here would be great
