Wheatgrass healing process? or allergy? Stop wheatgrass or not?

Hello there,

I have eczema on my ankle and behind my knees, but recently, my eye area got dry too..
I tried taking wheatgrass juice after reading its benefits. upon my first shot of 30 ml of fresh wheatgrass juice, i throw up like anything. The next day i woke up, i realised the eczema area around my eyes got worse..red patches were visible..

In the evening i tried another shot..this morning i woke up, my whole face swells and my eyelid got so dry and swollen...

For those who have tried taking wheatgrass to cure eczema, is this normal?

I dont know if this is what u call the "healing crisis" or am i just one of the unlucky 3% of the worlds population who is allergic to wheatgrass...

Should i stop taking wheatgrass or not? thanks in advance for the advice :)
