MCS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue

Help! Where to start?

MCS for over 20 years, fibro and chronic fatigue for 7 years, allergies and food intolerances for all of my life (52 years). read on the MCS forum that your protocol has helped...I need basic information and where to start reading on this forum.

Can you give me some basic pointers? tried to click on the protocol page and it leads to a dead-end...!
