IP Itinerary: Curing With Cayenne
Hey football fans,
I've got several newsletters from
Dr. Schulze just on cayenne. His nickname was Dr. Cayenne. He swore by cayenne, because cayenne heals. It's amazing what this stuff does.
Dr. Schulze says to keep a bottle of cayenne tincture in your pocket and in the glove compartment of your car, in case somebody has a heart attack. He used it in powder form to pack bleeding wounds and the bleeding stopped almost instantly. We don't know what the key is that unlocks the door to healing neuromuscular diseases, but
Dr. Schulze would definitely agree that cayenne is a part of it.
Now, I'm a Texan, and we are always bragging about how hot we can take our salsa and chili. Oh, man, we like the hot stuff. I make a killer fresh/raw tomato salsa in the blender every summer that will kick you in the face and make you cry, but you will beg for more. lol Most Yankees I know are weenies when it comes to hot stuff, but we Texans say "the hotter the better." Oh, baby. Come on.
Alright- the stuff they sell in stores and call cayenne is only 40,000 heat units. Give me a break. The stuff Dr. Schulze calls cayenne comes from Mexican habanero peppers that have a heat level of 9 or 10 (jalepenos are a mere 7). There are about 200,000 heat units in the cayenne tincture he makes. Uniquity, here on Curezone, makes her own cayenne tincture, and not only uses habaneros, but also African Bird Peppers- the hottest on Earth. She's sending me some, and says when I take it, I'd better have plenty of water on hand to chase it down. There will be NO question that I am alive! lol Her husband is from Dallas and he swears it will make the hottest Texan cry. I'm like, "Bring it, baby."
What we are going to do for the Incurables Party is take at least 6 droppers of cayenne tincture a day in anything we are drinking. But we have to work up to it. At first, just start with 5 drops, or just a pinch of powder if you have it. It will warm you right up. The next day, add a few more drops, or a little bit bigger pinch. Now, don't scrimp on the heat index of the cayenne. Don't be a wimp and say "I don't like hot things." Start liking them. lol Get to where you're squirting a dropper of cayenne in everything. I especially love the cayenne in the potassium broth, along with a pinch of Himalayan salt. That's three times a day right there. Then squirt it into your vegetable juices. Carrot juice with cayenne is GOOD!

11:00 PM Good night! Sleep well! You did a great job today!
Oh gosh- I almost forgot. Please don't get this stuff in your eyes or on your private parts. You will be in agony.
Also, I hear some people ask "doesn't cayenne and hot peppers cause ulcers?" I heard Dr. Christopher answer this himself on a video. He says, if the pepper is cooked, or if you cook the food and the peppers are added during the cooking and they get cooked, then yes. Peppers are bad for you. BUT, raw, they are fabulously healthy for you. :-) So the trick is to add them (if you are eating food) raw to whatever you are eating. You can juice some raw peppers into your juice on the IP if you like. You're going to throw some into your potassium broth, but you're only drinking the broth. If you make cayenne powder, dry the peppers and then powder them. Don't ever cook them and you'll be fine.
Gotta find a song to do the cayenne dance with! lol
Burnin' love,
Donna
