Re: Cayenne tincture

Hi guavagirl:

You have been misinformed. If you have reflux you should take cayenne for sure. Cayenne actually heals ulcers and not form them. You can read that on Dr. Shulze's forum and his partner, Tom Theralls' story.

Aspirin and Tylenol hurt your liver. First thing I would do to improve circulation is Liver Flush. Then Colon cleanse, this you can do both before and after Liver Flush. I would keep a diet free of heavy proteins and eat more vegetable based diet.

For reflux you can drink this concoction before each major meal, at least half hour or hour before. Glass of water, juice of half lemon, two pinches of Sea Salt , half tea spoon of cayenne pepper, and one teaspoon black strap molasses. This will help you fight acid reflux. You will have to do this for a at least 3 months before you see results. Also do not take any antacids. They are very harmful.

Another thing will help reflux is bouncing on trampoline.

Good luck
