pic of my lips... what do you reckon?

hey finnally i've got to take a pic showing my problem with my lips,actually how you can see it's not really on the lips but just inside the mouth,i took the pic after washed my mouth with bicarbonate-soda for few minuts so that it has evidence much better my dead skin on my gum,i would like to know if anyone have something similar to me and if you reckon my case is always about exfoliative cheilitis or maybe it's something else...
