HW week 3 update plus VCO fast

We are on week 3 of our third round of humaworm. except for extreme exhaustion on day 2, this cleanse has been a breeze. no one in my family has complained of any die off. we have seen quite a few liver and intestinal flukes, some worm looking bits though not sure if there were any whole worms as we didn't poke, lots of sesame seed looking things. a small patch on my lower back which began to itch during round 1 of humaworm became a full blown rash. something's coming out!

strangely,i had a bad flare up of yeasty rash on my buttocks. i decided to do a virgin coconut oil fast. i am on day 3 and it has been rough. BUT, i noticed an immediate decrease in my desire for sweets which, by today is gone! my psoriasis on my elbows became very inflamed on day one. today, day 3, it is nearly gone. scaly patches on my feet appeared yesterday and i am hoping that they will disappear too. the redness on my buttocks has subsided as well. the coconut oil really works!i don't think i can handle the full 7 days recommended for this fast as i'm feeling weak and need energy to keep up with my childen, but i'll try again.

i have looked into other sites here on curezone and have read that some people do not subscribe to RG's protocol of 30 days cleanse then 90 days rest. they believe we need to continue hitting parasites continuously. does anyone have any thoughts?

i like fledgling's descriiption of "layers". i can definitely relate to that!

i really hope RG and family are doing well and back on their feet soon. i'm so thankful to have found humaworm.
