I don't see why people have to jump on Muhammed. If he wants to stick a pin in his lips what's the problem? Coincidentally, I tried sticking a pin in the affected part of my lip a few days ago and managed to force out a couple of the white dots / Fordyce's spots. There was blood but only because I deliberately went deep enough. The white dots only occur in the affected area so I might remove another couple at a time and see what happens. I was very careful to not push too hard and the area has healed nicely although there is still EC.

Went for the Bioskincare. Still think internal healing is the way to go though. Started using a liver tonic. May go back to some form of Bowel Cleanse as well.
