Nooo, do not check out Sylvia Browne! She's perhaps one of the biggest paid frauds out there.. Talk to someone local, but not her.. Think of her as the Dr. Phil of New Age belief. A doctor is the best bet. If that doesn't work, then I'd recommend a Buddhist Lama; they're open and accepting, and will give you advice about what to do (mainly how to realize one's nature). Tweet
