BHT for Herpes Simplex and Epstein Barr Virus

Does anyone have any guidance for me in taking BHT for my virus' mention in title line?

I am reading and reading, seems it was thought to cause existing cancer to grow rapidly, and later thought to help cure cancer.

My dr has said to take it, does one take an oil with it, vit e, and vit c and how much?
