Re: Brown "liver"spots on hands

Theres several "cures" for this, but the healthiest is eating dandelion as greens regularly (the nonfuzzy ones...the fuzzy ones tend to be poisonous to us) and applying dandelion sap (its whitish) to the skin lightly..let dry for a hour...wash off....repeat daily or every other day..Slowish process but it works quite well.

Caution it will help metabolize out not only the damaged pigments of the liverspots...but pigments /compounds close to the skin in general. Overuse can look worse than initial condition(not being worse).

Personally i alternate days when i do it with a estrogenic oil like tea tree oil or lavender or some other estrogenic compound for general healing/repair/conditioning or some aloe/vit e/vit d/vit a combo. (on hands...guys dont use those two oils mentioned close to your chest..women prone to Breast Cancer same thing--conflicting data on that though)
