Your question: When you alkanize your diet must you eliminate all acid foods? I
ask this because I lead a very physical active life and it just seems all
alkanize foods don't seem to carry alot of calories / carbohydrates (correct me
when I'm wrong) Which in the long term will lead to weight loss which I'm trying
to prevent.
Answer: Correction of thought pattern !
Our Body needs Electro-magnetic Energy to power our body !
This comes from the Reactions between Acids and Alkaline Minerals reacting
against ecah other !
Thus each is needed !
The problem which comes about when we eat too many foods , which produce too
much Acids, Lacking in the needed Alkaline Minerals to React against these
Acids, then our Body starts to De-ionize or De-Magnetize or may we say Break
apart and become released Energy, instead of staying as Matter(Flesh) !
In order to stay as Flesh and Blood(Matter) we must maintain the needed amounts
of Electro-magnetic Energy Released from Alkaline Minerals or "WE" become too
Acidic and our Flesh and Blood Breaks down and apart as Energy, which is "NO"
longer in the form of matter !
Matter is released into Energy when it becomes too Acidic !
Electro-magnetic Energy may be formed into Matter when it is slowed down enough
by the Electro-magnetic Energy from Alkaline Minerals being able to Neutralize
the Electro-magnetic Energy of the Acids involved ?
As far as Good weight and muscle mass, this may depend upon the Density , which
the body is made from the needed Alkaline Minerals ?
A Lack of these may Cause weight from Fats and Excess water retention, which is
not good weight !
But, when the body has the needed Alkaline Minerals in the correct ratios to the
Proteins and Carbohydrates, it may then have Better muscle mass and be of the
weight, which is for our bone structure ?
