The evening news was hopeful for us. We should
just be in the way of a tropical storm, and for
you, Hannah is weakening. My prayers are really
for those directly along the Gulf and who have
chosen to ride out the storm. I am hoping they
realize the storm itself will be more severe
than Katrina. New Orleans biggest Katrina woes
came not from the storm itself but the levees
failing. This time, the levees are still being
repaired so you have that factor, but they are
expecting that the location of it coming ashore
may make the impact more destructive. It will
be a long night....I will light a candle for
those who may find themselves deep in fear and
water...
