I totally agree with Macmac, 3 lac is a probiotic. It is well-known that probiotics are important to help regenarate the friendly flora into the intestines. The friendly bacteria produce biotin, a substance that keeps candida from sticking to the intestinal walls. So bacteria will help kick out candida. But 3 lac, being simpoly a blend of three types of lactic bacteria, is really overrated.^Plus they have this publicity which they ALWAYS present as an official scientific expertise, which dives me mad.

The ONLY way probiotics could harm you is if you suffer from leaky gut. If you get frequent abdominal pain, you might have leaky gut and should stay away from probiotics until your gut has healed.

I personnally think that until you see plenty of threads into your bm, probiotics are not necessary. If the candida threads are already there, well-installed then you d be better doing a Bowel Cleanse (with psyllium). Biotin, will prevent young candida from adhering to the intestinal wall, but it definitely wont kick out the long threads which have already drilled into the intestibnal wall.
