Headache 3 minutes after...

So I just drank about 1/4 cup of my urine and did the universal therapy. A few minutes after, I started to feel a headache come on in the back of my head and right above my eyes. It's not unbearable, but it's definately noticeable. Could this be an effect from either drinking or the universal therapy?
