Re: niacin

Hi Newport,
1500 mg a day of the inositol hexaphosphate is exactly the non flush I have been taking and it has not lowered my triglycerides nor has anything else.
I have heard that other people have great results with it.
Vit. D or D3 may be the answer for me.
I remember about 7 months before I had my 2nd heart attack the doctor
put me on Lexapro for depression. Not only did it do away with my depression
but it gave me more energy! It was incredible. I felt so clear headed. Go fiqure.
I was working tremendous hours and only getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night.
Then came the 2nd heart attack and after having a stent installed the Lexapro
had no effect on me. I stopped taking it over 4 years ago. Today Iodine and magnesium taurate have dramatically changed the way I feel. But I am not 100% yet.

Each person is different and different doses may be needed at different times in their lives IMO opinion.
