As you say that you are on a Mediterranean Island, I think perhaps you ought to be looking into something a little closer than Mexico.

Here is a clinic that should be a shorter flight distance from wherever you are.   I have passed this place a number of times, although I have never been inside.  However I have checked the website frequently.  Next time I'm in the area, I myself would like to go and check it out.  Perhaps you may find what you need here:
