Question??

Just wondering has anybody here done a liver detox ? im doing one now just wondering if anyone has done one has it made them feel better im also on mentro\care (angus cactus/vitex) has anybody taking that to try and get there hormones back on track 9 months post removal and still not back to old self !! very frustrating
