Yeah, I got your email yesterday.

Natto foods and nattokinase-I'll try these out.

About the chiropractic technique, the way he did it was by having me turn my head all the way to the left, slightly upwards, and then he applied some mild pressure, "rolling" my head somehow. It was done relatively slow, and actually felt good until later that night. I think I'm just not as elastic as I should have been or was in the past. Using the activator percussively makes sense though.
