Re: Feeling high on iodine?

I remember feeling instantly better when I took my first dose of iodine. And it was from a brand that also measured it's doses in mcgs.

It was a good experience to start off with one that was so weak, now I fully appreciate the Lugol's.

I also learned the hard way: some companies have better Lugol's than others.
