Re: No DMPS

The reason I ask about DMPS and DMSA is that I intend on following the Andrew Cutler protocol. It is a highly regarded protocol and he highly recommends their use and suggests that the DMPS may actually chelate with lesser side effects. I absolutely will use the ALA in conjunction with the DMPS or DMSA for removal of mercury from the brain, however, his protocol suggests a period of DMSA or DMPS for a short period time (a couple of months) then to add the DMSA. The protocol also requires that the DMSA (and eventually ALA) be taken every four hours to keep the levels consistent throughout the day. The protocol requires four days on and then four days off.
