It must detox effects. I started with only drops under the tongue and after half an hour my head was heavy and I had to go back to sleep. It is a good advice to cut down a bit if you don't want those side effects and progress gradually towards larger quantities. My husband started with about half a cup right away. Good thing he was on a sick leave because he was sleeping most of the day. He was hurting but he was in a hurry to resolve a problem that was making him feel miserable anyway. He did not care if the therapy had side effects. The side effects will go away as you progress towards detoxication and cure. Tweet
