I don't know who "he" is or his "forum"; but he can't be very professional in giving advice related opinion without some tiny bit of study.

I've been there too. Trying to convince someone that chlorine dioxide is not chlorine. They just can't seem to grasp what happens with mixing chemicals. Like carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide is not carbon.
