Are the headaches normal on Parastroy?

I have been using the parastroy for about 4 days now.. Been following the directions to the letter. At day 3 I was getting some of the worst headaches I can ever remember.. I am someone who rarely gets headaches, so I can assume this is an effect of being on parastroy.. Is this something that will persist over the 3 weeks or something that will get better as the bad critters are killed off..

Is this just a normal dying off symptoms.. I have read quite a number of posts here and see that the DR. Clark protocal is done with fewer headaches, is this true or is it best just to tough it out for the 3 weeks on parastroy..

Can switching to the Hulda Clark protocal be done after 1 week on parastroy? I went out an bought all the items yesterday and have a zapper on order and should be here in a few days.
