Try playing with this for an infection. Do counterclockwise circles as if you were sucking out the pain or infection. Sweep your cupped hand over the area 10 times as if you were pulling out the pain/infection/inflammation. You might be surprised by what can be done with your hands and intention. The chakras can be connected and charged with just intention but add in the breath to spin them and you can catch a real buzz!

PS I use the inhale to pull energy up my legs to my head and exhale to send energy into my arms or legs when I work out. You can lift more and do more reps that way.
