Re: MMS Sleeplessness

Wow! That's one of the first instances I have heard of insomnia being caused by Miracle-Mineral-Supplement - my husband and I find that it helps us get to sleep much quicker, and gives a deeper sleep. I wonder if the toxin die-off is causing restlessness in your body, in which case, I agree with alive76's post. Sometimes when I had a cold or flu in the past, I would have restless nights. Are you taking any medication that could be causing the insomnia? My step-sister was complaining bitterly about insomnia a few months ago, and I discovered that one of the common side effects of her thyroid medication is insomnia. We told her about Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but she seems to want to follow her doctor's instructions instead. She leads a stressful life, work and family take up alot of her time, and she doesn't look after herself. Her doctor now has her on anti-depressants!! Naturally, we voiced our concerns, and asked her to try Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but she is still reluctant (even though her mother has seen benefits from it...)
