I did post on Dr. Shulze's forum. That is how I got the whole protocol from Tom Therals. This time after the conclusion of my cleanse, I again posted on all three forums as I did before.

I am starting on a fast tomorrow. I had fruits today. I will do Colon Cleanse and start with water only fast tomorrow.
