tietze's ssyndrome and heart attacks

I have recently had a minor heart attack confirmed by the enzyme tests undertaken and after angiograms have clear arteries, good cholesterol and text book blood pressure. It may have been cuased by arterial spasms. However, on returning home I had more chest pains that were the same as the heart attack ie tightening of the chest withh crushing feeling in the chest, which went into my neck on the left side and down my arm. On further enzyme tests these attacks wers not confirmed to be more heart attacks but tietze's syndrome. However, having spend 5 weeks in hospital not being able to get out of bed due to the pain and the continuing fear of a further heart attack the diagnosis was extremely welcome. I now have the pain daily and have difficulty in determining whether it is another heart attack. #The pain gets worse with stress and I have panic attacks reguarly due to the difficulty in breathing.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so how have they managed to break the cycle and get well again! Giving up a stressful job is obviolusly key to the issue but are there any other ways of achieving a fear free day.

Also does anyone else have the two conditions ie heart attack vicitm and tietze's and how are you able to distinguish any angina from tietze's? I did not have angina before the Heart attack so no idea what that feels like compared to the tietze's.
