I was wondering if anyone knows the main sources of mercury. I'm guessing canned fish like tuna and obviously tooth fillings. But how about other things that we eat or put on our bodies every day.. Thought it would be a good idea to gather everyones knowledge on sources and put it in one spot so people like me know what exactly to avoid in the future so when we clean ourselves out its not a loosing battle because we are putting the poison right back in... here's my list so far to avoid
canned tuna, silver/mercury tooth fillings and chocolate
