For a ridiculously low price....a friend of a friend of a friend knows a guy:) A real estate speculator that is getting 8 houses foreclosed on. Of course he mortgaged them all to the hilt, etc. And he's liquidating his stuff. Something tells me that he's going to be just fine.. So, we benefit:)

We've been shopping for a new fridge/freezer. Couldn't have asked for anything nicer. I am blessed...:)
