i strongly diagree with the last message. coconut oil is, in my opinion, the best oil for cooking around. its a healthy, very stable saturated fat. heat does not damage coconut oil as it does most other oils low in saturated fat.
also cod liver oil is an amazing source of long chain omega 3 fatty acids. as well as the complex forms of vitamin A, and D, that are only found in animal foods. i reccomend a certain product called Olde world icelandic cod liver oil, just because its obtained using minimal processing.
