Re: Kidney Cyst - Tried everything - No change

I'd recommend water fasting. It's much more effective than juice fasting.

If you're feeling weak from fasting, that's because you need it. The worse you feel, the more you need it.

My first fast was a week on water followed by a week on juice. The first week on water was awful. I had a really difficult time going to work and just crashed each night when I got home.

My second fast was 2 weeks. Same thing. A living hell. But I made it to work every day.

I'm to the point where people don't really notice if I'm fasting. I still get a little weak, but it's not that bad.

I have had kidney pains while fasting followed by significant amounts of sediment and "sand" in my urine. I'm positive that it is the dissolution of kidney stones due to the fasting.

I believe that fasting can help your cysts. I believe it will take a lot of fasting or a very long fast, though.

I also believe that it will help the pain in your left knee, probably fairly quickly, maybe a week or two. I had really bad joint pain that disappeared after a few weeks of fasting.

All the benefits of Water Fasting I've realized over the last year are too many to list. Most notably, I no longer have to take thyroid hormone, my blood pressure went from slightly high to excellent, my extremely low body temperature has corrected itself, my skin is much healthier, and as mentioned, my joint pain is gone.
