Re: I will die out of pain

Hi Monia,

I want to first reassure you that what you
are experiencing is within the boundaries of
healing and from what you say, I feel comfortable
in telling you you probably will come out of this
without passing away. I read in a past post that
you were amping up the cayenne which can be really
a severe thing in the first few days. I have used
significant amounts of cayenne and by the time it
reached my guts and bowels it was really causing
cramping. Cayenne will bust through lots of kinds
of blockages so I am going to assume that you are
in a cleansing crisis. Not to worry too much though,
this too shall pass.

There are a few things I would suggest which may
help, and which will not hurt.

You should be continuing to *sip* water and be
sure it is at room temperature. A cup of peppermint
tea can really help move toxins and soothe your
belly. Of course, your lemonade should also be
continued.

If you feel weak, I would suggest a spoon of
Blackstrap Molasses. Be sure it is unsulphured.
You can take this by mouth, or mix with warm to
hot water, like a tea.

In a real pinch, someone like Somer recommends
an enema. I have done this once when I felt like
you are feeling and it did really help. For most
of the other major discomfort, an epsom salt
bath did the trick. I would recommend soaking for
as long as you can. Then, if you have a hand held
shower, or a large pitcher, fill it with cold water
and either spray or pour it over the regions between
your navel and your anus. Do this until you feel your
core temp drop. This is called a sitz bath and you
can use the search engine on Curezone to find more
posts about it. I have a hand shower and sit on the
edge of the tub to do this. If the idea of cold water
seems chilling, you can start out with a mix and then
reduce the hot water until you are using the cold only.
This really helps with a detox crisis. I think it is
now what I do first when I begin to feel overwhelmed
when detoxing. Ice on the back of the neck also seems
to bring back some balance too.

Once this crisis has passed, consider doing some body
brushing and lay on your back and massage your belly
in a clock-wise manner. This should continue to break
up whatever has been loosened and will help make the
rest of the cleanse easier.

I wish you success in your healing~~
