hey ive never vomited on the cleanse but i have gotten bad stomach aches. I think the sicker you get the more toxic your system, the more you need the MC. Think about it your body has to dig deep in your system and bring about all the lodged toxins over years and years of acculumation. Theyre not being stored inside you anymore, you are about ready to release them out, this can make you sick, fever, headaches, faitness, vomiting. If you are following the recipe to the T, I would just suck it up and do what your body has to.

Recently I got very sick with a fever(not on the MC), and it was the first time I never took ANY kind of medication what so ever! You just have to have faith in your body and trust that nature will do what it has to to repair the damage. My fever lasted about 5 days, had to take off of work, had to sweat it out, but I actually felt the fever break. It really was the most amazing thing ever, it was literally one minute I was sweating, shivering, nauseaous, the next a cloud had passed, and within one hour I was eating, walking normally. just trust your body and nature! It will do what it has to!
