Can't receive notification of direct replies, thread replies or private emails

This is my second query concerning this problem. I posted about this a month ago and received no reply or assistance.

When I joined Cure Zone, I requested to receive email notifications for direct replies and thread replies. Also, I want to be able to receive direct emails. All of this used to happen. As of earlier this year, all three functions stopped. Something is broken. Webmaster, can you fix this, please?
